Homemover mailing
Thank you for visiting our website to find out
more information about why you received our voter registration
pack.
Why do you send out this
mailing?
When you change address, you need to register
again at your new address. Even if you are paying council tax at
your new address, you are not automatically registered to vote.
Unless you inform your local electoral registration office that
you’ve moved, you may lose your chance to vote in future
elections.
With so many things to think about when you
move house, it’s easy to forget to re-register at your new address.
Every year, we mail registration packs to people we believe have
moved home – just to remind them to re-register.
Where did you get my details
from?
We get people’s names and addresses from an
organisation called Experian Ltd. Experian’s mailing list is
compiled from a number of different sources such as information in
the public domain, consumer surveys, and other compliant third
party data sources.
Experian collects and manages UK consumer data
entirely in accordance with the Data Protection Act and other best
practice guidelines. If you require further information on where
your data has been sourced from then please contact Experian who
will be happy to help:

I haven’t moved home
Even if you haven’t recently moved, if you
have received this mailing, you may not be registered to vote at
your current address. To make sure you are, complete and return the
form.
I have a question that’s not covered
