Students
Not at uni yet? Visit our page for
prospective students.
Students may be able to register at home and at their
term-time address. A UK Parliamentary general election must be held
by 3 June 2010, so make sure you're registered to vote so
that wherever you are on election day, you can have
your say.
Registering is easy
All you need to do is follow the steps to fill
in the registration form online, print
it off and return it to the Electoral Registration Officer at your
term-time local council.
If you’d rather print a blank form to fill in
later, you can do that too. Click this
link to download a blank registration form.

Can I vote twice, at home and at
uni?
You can’t vote twice in:
- a UK Parliamentary, Scottish Parliamentary,
National Assembly for Wales or European Parliamentary
election.
But you can vote in local government elections
at home and at your term-time address, as long as they are not in
the same local government area.
